Careers

Build a career doing the job properly.

SolArk Electrical installs solar, batteries and electrical work across Perth metro and surrounds with our own employed electricians and installers, never subcontractors. If you take pride in doing a job properly, we would like to hear from you.

Working at SolArk

Work you can put your name to

Every SolArk job is done by people who work for SolArk. We do not hand installs to subcontractors, so the standard on the roof and in the switchboard is ours, and so is the responsibility for it. Our solar and battery installation work carries a 25 year workmanship warranty, which says a lot about how carefully it has to go in.

We back our people with training, on site and in the classroom, and the experienced hands are expected to pass on what they know to apprentices and anyone else keen to learn.

Ideas are welcome. If you can see a better way to do something for our customers, the people you work with or yourself, say so. Work matters, and so does the rest of your life.

  • Our own employees on every job, never subcontracted.
  • Extra training, on site and in the classroom.
  • Solar, batteries, air conditioning, EV chargers and general electrical work.
  • Jobs across Perth metro and surrounds.

The work

Most of our roles are for licensed electricians

Working on solar and battery installs, air conditioning, EV chargers and general electrical work. If your trade or role is different, pick the closest one on the form and tell us about yourself. There is not always a role open.

  • A positive attitude towards every part of the job, from the roof to the paperwork.

  • Keen to learn and to keep adding to the experience you already have.

  • Happy to share it with the people learning beside you.

  • For site roles, a current white card is essential and a current WA driver's licence is expected. Working at heights, solar and battery accreditation, a refrigerant handling licence, EV charger experience and first aid are all a plus, not a must.
