City Beach sits west of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Floreat, Wembley Downs and Churchlands. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

City Beach is part of the western coastal strip. Salt air is the whole story on this strip. Anything mounted outside within a few kilometres of the water corrodes faster than the same equipment inland, and the parts that fail first are the ones nobody looks at: DC isolator enclosures, roof penetrations, panel frames and the earth connections behind them.
