Electrical work in Dawesville

Dawesville sits south of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Wannanup, Falcon and Erskine. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

Dawesville is part of the Peel region. Coastal, and it shows in the equipment. Estuary and ocean air together are hard on anything mounted outside, and the systems we check down here are often five to ten years old with corrosion at the isolator and the roof penetrations. Housing is a mix of the newer Lakelands and Meadow Springs estates and the older canal and beachside stock around Halls Head and Falcon. It is the far end of our run, so we book it properly rather than promising to squeeze it in.

The part people are most surprised by is how much of a quote depends on the switchboard rather than the roof. We look at the board first, because it decides whether solar, a battery or a car charger is one job or two, and finding that out on the morning of the install helps nobody.

Whatever the job is, it is the same licence, the same installers and the same standard as everywhere else we work. Send through your last power bill or describe what is going on and you will get a real answer back.
