Myaree sits south west of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Alfred Cove, Melville and Winthrop. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

Myaree is part of the southern river suburbs. Established housing, mature trees and some of the best roof orientations in Perth. The trees are the thing to get right: a jarrah that was small when the system went on is not small now, and shading is the most common reason a system in this pocket stopped paying for itself. Boards range from original to recently upgraded depending on the street. Where the block backs onto the river, the older homes often carry additions that were wired at different times, which is worth knowing before adding load.
