North Perth is one of the suburbs closest in to the Perth CBD, north of it, and its closest neighbours are Menora, Leederville and Northbridge. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

North Perth is part of the inner city. The inner suburbs are the oldest electrical stock in the state. Character homes here were wired long before anybody imagined a reverse cycle system in every room, and a good share still run on a switchboard with ceramic fuses and no earth leakage protection at all. Add to that the apartment and townhouse infill of the last twenty years, which is fine work but often leaves no spare ways on the board for anything new.
