Waikiki sits south of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Safety Bay, Warnbro and Cooloongup. We have completed work in Waikiki itself, not only in the suburbs around it.

Waikiki is part of the Kwinana and Rockingham corridor. A wide mix, from the older Medina and Parmelia housing through to the newest Baldivis and Wandi estates.
