Brookdale sits south east of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Mount Richon, Hilbert and Armadale. We have completed work in Brookdale itself, not only in the suburbs around it.

Brookdale is part of the Armadale corridor. Older Kelmscott and Armadale housing on one side, and the new Harrisdale and Piara Waters estates on the other, with the scarp behind both. The older homes need the board looked at before anything else goes on.
