Electrical work in Seville Grove
Seville Grove sits south east of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Champion Lakes, Armadale and Camillo. We have completed work in Seville Grove itself, not only in the suburbs around it.
Seville Grove is part of the Armadale corridor. Older Kelmscott and Armadale housing on one side, and the new Harrisdale and Piara Waters estates on the other, with the scarp behind both. The older homes need the board looked at before anything else goes on. The estates are the opposite problem: a modern board, and a system that was specified to tick a box at handover rather than to cover a family with two cars and ducted air. Where the blocks run up into the hills, shade and supply voltage both need checking on site.
Fault finding is charged for the time it takes to find the fault, not for a guess. Intermittent faults are the slow ones, and we would rather tell you that up front than quote a number we cannot keep.
Whatever the job is, it is the same licence, the same installers and the same standard as everywhere else we work. Send through your last power bill or describe what is going on and you will get a real answer back.
Nearby suburbs we also cover: Champion Lakes, Armadale, Camillo, Kelmscott, Mount Nasura, Mount Richon. If you are not sure whether you are inside the line, check the full suburb list or just ring us.

FAQs
Seville Grove questions
Our estate home already has solar. Why would we need anything?
Most likely you do not. The exception is capacity: two cars, ducted air and a pool on a system specified to tick a box at handover. If the bill has not come down the way you expected, that is the thing worth checking.
Do you charge extra to come out to Seville Grove?
No. Seville Grove sits inside our normal service area, so there is no travel surcharge and no minimum job size to get us there.
Have you actually worked in Seville Grove?
Yes, and in the suburbs around it. Seville Grove is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would travel to as a one off.
Can you check a system another company installed?
Yes, and a good share of the health checks we do around Seville Grove are exactly that. If your original installer is no longer contactable, that is one of the more common reasons people call us.
How soon can you get to Seville Grove?
Ring us and we will tell you honestly rather than promising same day and missing it. Keeping to Perth metro is what makes a real answer possible.
Who does the work?
Our own licensed installers. SolArk does not subcontract, so whoever turns up in Seville Grove is a SolArk employee.
