East Victoria Park is one of the suburbs closest in to the Perth CBD, south east of it, and its closest neighbours are Carlisle, St James and Victoria Park. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

East Victoria Park is part of the eastern river suburbs. Airport-side suburbs, and a real mix. Older brick and tile on generous blocks sits next to recent infill and light industrial.
