Lathlain is one of the suburbs closest in to the Perth CBD, east of it, and its closest neighbours are Burswood, Victoria Park and Rivervale. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

Lathlain is part of the eastern river suburbs. Airport-side suburbs, and a real mix. Older brick and tile on generous blocks sits next to recent infill and light industrial.
