Mount Pleasant sits south of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Ardross, Booragoon and Applecross. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.

Mount Pleasant is part of the southern river suburbs. Established housing, mature trees and some of the best roof orientations in Perth.
