Electrical work in Forrestdale
Forrestdale sits south of the Perth CBD, and its closest neighbours are Piara Waters, Harrisdale and Banjup. It is inside our normal service area rather than somewhere we would treat as a one off trip.
Forrestdale is part of the Armadale corridor. Older Kelmscott and Armadale housing on one side, and the new Harrisdale and Piara Waters estates on the other, with the scarp behind both. The older homes need the board looked at before anything else goes on. The estates are the opposite problem: a modern board, and a system that was specified to tick a box at handover rather than to cover a family with two cars and ducted air. Where the blocks run up into the hills, shade and supply voltage both need checking on site.
A fair share of what we do is checking work somebody else did. If your original installer has gone quiet, or the app has not been looked at in a few years, a health check will tell you whether the system is still earning or just still switched on.
Whatever the job is, it is the same licence, the same installers and the same standard as everywhere else we work. Send through your last power bill or describe what is going on and you will get a real answer back.
Nearby suburbs we also cover: Piara Waters, Harrisdale, Banjup, Treeby, Seville Grove, Southern River. If you are not sure whether you are inside the line, check the full suburb list or just ring us.

FAQs
Forrestdale questions
Our estate home already has solar. Why would we need anything?
Most likely you do not. The exception is capacity: two cars, ducted air and a pool on a system specified to tick a box at handover. If the bill has not come down the way you expected, that is the thing worth checking.
Do you charge extra to come out to Forrestdale?
No. Forrestdale sits inside our normal service area, so there is no travel surcharge and no minimum job size to get us there.
Have you actually worked in Forrestdale?
We work right through the suburbs around Forrestdale, and it sits inside our normal service area rather than being somewhere we would travel to as a one off. Ring us and we will tell you plainly what we have done nearby.
Can you check a system another company installed?
Yes, and a good share of the health checks we do around Forrestdale are exactly that. If your original installer is no longer contactable, that is one of the more common reasons people call us.
How soon can you get to Forrestdale?
Ring us and we will tell you honestly rather than promising same day and missing it. Keeping to Perth metro is what makes a real answer possible.
Who does the work?
Our own licensed installers. SolArk does not subcontract, so whoever turns up in Forrestdale is a SolArk employee.
